Discover the Character Traits of God's Men and Where to Find Them
Excerpt One
We live in a society where there are very few Men of God that would fit that description. Business executives and CEOs fill their pockets with the company’s money. Stealing and lying are accepted in the business world like never before. Politicians have loose morals. The USA economy and many European economies are on the verge of bankruptcy. Abortions are an all-time high. Homosexuality is accepted as an alternate life-style.
Divorce is high even among Christians. How often do you see fathers training their young sons to open car doors or building doors for women? We are often referred to as a “fatherless” society where our young men are “trained” by street gangs and social media. A generation ago we sent our sons off to war. Now, we send our daughters right along with them.
Excerpt Two
The USA has strayed so far from the Christian roots of our Founding Fathers that we can hardly claim to be a Christian country anymore. In fact, speaking about God and public prayer has been removed from our schools and our government. It’s so unusual to say “grace” before a meal in a restaurant that when you do, people just stare at you. So much has changed in our country.
We need to go back to the beginning and learn how to become Men of God and teach our sons and grandsons to be Men of God.

We will cover these traits and these Men of God in the next few chapters. The appendix section then covers topics such as weapons of our warfare, what the Bible says about anger and how to deal with it, fatherhood, and our place in God’s Kingdom.
